Bio Statement The modern cafeteria diet and the consumption of ready-to-eat foods bring precisely these problems with them. A pizza, a pasta dish or even a sandwiches are NOT to be regarded as healthy meals. Both meals are served with fast carbohydrates and seborrheic dermatitis cause hair loss bad fats. We are fed up initially because our blood sugar increases, but we can not expect a real nutrient saturation. The main problem: disturbed metabolism. One of the major problems of today's diet is the topic of blood sugar metabolism. Due to our very carbohydrate-rich diet (up to 50% of the energy comes from carbohydrates), with many meals and snacks, our glucose increases permanently. In response, our pancreas pours out insulin. The only hormone that can lower the blood sugar.

Especially the consumption of so-called high glycemic carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, bread, bakery products, chips, sweets, etc.) can permanently degrade the metabolism. Many people are experiencing a reaction of metabolism known as insulin resistance. Say, the body is the insulin-insulin insulin slowly "full". The blood glucose level remains elevated. A condition that can become life-threatening, so is simply still more insulin produced to the sugar, but still to be able to recycle.

Side effects are, unfortunately, overweight, fatigue, lack of drive, sweating and heat after eating, chills, hair loss, hunger attacks, frequent infections, low stress tolerance, and skin changes such as e.g. Acne. Because increased insulin levels in the body produce more androgens in the body seborrheic keratosis removal at home, that is, male sex hormones. Both in men and women these hormones lead to increased sebum production in the hair follicles - the main factor for the formation of pimples.

There is now a lot of evidence that our "Western" dietary habits increase the acne risk or adversely affect the course of an acne. Foods with a high sugar or carbohydrate content, which overstretch the insulin household, as well as the increased consumption of cow's milk or cows' milk products are seen as a problem. In addition to the fact that increased dairy consumption is associated with insulin resistance (source), certain growth factors (e.g., IGF-1) are found in dairy products. Sensible in the calf, but problematic in humans, since they promote the acne formation (source)

More acne by dairy consumption

One of the essential factors driving the development of inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne lesions is IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1). This factor is found in all dairy products. This factor promotes tissue growth in our body. IGF-1 also promotes the release of further androgens (hormones) in the body. In a genetic system for acne seborrheic dermatitis cause hair loss, an excessive number of skin cells are formed and the fat film of the skin is strengthened, which is a perfect milieu for bacteria and inflammation (source). This creates a good breeding ground for bacteria, which in turn causes inflammation.
