First record of Argyrotaenia tucumana (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) in peach orchards, Prunus persicae (L.) Batsch, in the south of Santa Fe province

Abstract


Argyrotaenia tucumana Trematerra & Brown, 2004 (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) was detected feeding on peach fruit crops in the south of Santa Fe province. The damages observed in January 2017 were superficial and close to the peduncle of the fruit. This is the first record of this pest on this crop in Argentina
