New elevational records of Phyllodactylus leoni Torres-Carvajal et al., 2013 from the southwestern slopes of the Andes in Ecuador (Reptilia, Sauria, Phyllodactylidae)

Abstract


Recent sightings confirm the presence of Phyllodactylus leoni in the southern provinces Loja and Azuay in Ecuador. These new records considerably expand the lower elevational range of P. leoni, currently know from elevation at 1855–1971, to 1205–1971 m.
